The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, will hold dockets in Jackson, according to a news release sent by the Missouri Supreme Court. The dockets are scheduled for 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Cape Girardeau County Administrative Building, 1 Barton Square. The court sessions are open to the public and the judges will answer questions after each session, time permitting. The participating judges are Chief Judge Gary M. Gaertner Jr. and Judge Robert G. Dowd Jr., both of St. Louis; Judge Roy Richter of Montgomery City, Mo.; and Judge Robert Clayton III of Hannibal, Mo.
