CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Melissa Sue Jenkins, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Walter W. Gordon, 26, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* A 12-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Krystal L. Depree, 28, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Kevin L. James, 47, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Brandon L. King, 26, 103 William St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Danny J. Bowen, 49, 423 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts and resisting arrest.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft at 109 S. Park Ave.

* Derric L. Trandel, 21, of Cobden, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* John M. Hite, 19, 312 Franklin St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, trespassing and property damage.

Summonses

* Gavin W. Kemper, no age given, of Altenburg, Mo., was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle.

* Adele E. Soutar, no age given, 2525 Kenneth Drive, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Xinqiao Chen, no age given, 350 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.
