BENTON, Ky. -- Dorothy Marie Onnybecker, 95, of Benton died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Lakeway Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton. She was the owner of Bee Spring Resort and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Ky. BENTON, Ky. -- Dorothy Marie Onnybecker, 95, of Benton died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Lakeway Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton.
She was the owner of Bee Spring Resort and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Ky.
Born Feb. 21, 1918, in Valley Station, Ky., she was the daughter of Henry and Augusta Hufker Fruchtenicht. She was the wife of 67 years to the late W.C. "Bill" Onnybecker.
Survivors include a son, George Onnybecker and wife Chris of Benton; a daughter, Marcia Onnybecker of Evansville, Ind.; and a granddaughter, Courtney Ford of Benton.

She was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton.
A memorial service will be at noon Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Paul Donner officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to Kosairs Children's Hospital.
