The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* John M. Hite, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding.
Summonses
* Nancy C. Knibb, 51, of Hillsboro, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
* Elizabeth A. Kunz, 44, 618 Parkview St., was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.
* Chelsey R. Pulliam, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
* Dakota M. James, 17, 194 Bedrock Lane, was issued a summons for a signal violation.

Thefts
* Theft was reported in the area of North Missouri Street and Cherry Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* An assist was requested in the 300 block of North High Street.
* An assist was requested in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Wedekind Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of East Lane and Orchard Drive.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Jessica Drive.
