The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

Summonses

* Candace R. Murphy, 41, 1206 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Denise E. Cook, 42, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Nathan L. Legrand, 30, of Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while suspended and for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Cynthia D. Laster, 38, 418 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Shawn Waters, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

* Denver Brooks, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for driving while suspended, speeding and failure to show proof of insurance

* Brittney M. Wikle, 22, 424 W. Parker Ave., Chaffee, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 400 Block of Berchman Street.

Miscellaneous

* A check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 1000 block of Greensferry Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A fight in progress was reported in the area of West Park Street.
