Jackson alters trash pick up for July 4 holiday

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, the city of Jackson's Sanitation Department will be closed July 4.

According to a news release issued by public works director Rodney Bollinger, garbage that would normally be collected on Thursday will instead be collected Friday, July 5. In addition, the Recycling Center will be closed July 4.
