A 13-year-old girl reported missing in Champaign, Ill., has been found with her alleged abductor in Cape Girardeau.

KMOV-TV (bit.ly/17KAAZE) reported that Cleo Younce was found unharmed Friday afternoon in Cape Girardeau.

Champaign police say a 21-year-old man with the girl was arrested without incident while walking out of a Wal-Mart.

Cape Girardeau Police Department spokesman Darin Hickey said local police learned from federal authorities that the teen could be in Cape Girardeau. Hickey said the man is being held by federal authorities.

The girl's mother called police Thursday afternoon when her daughter failed to return home from a walk. The girl called her mother within a few hours saying she had been abducted, prompting Champaign police to issue an Amber Alert.

Authorities say the teen and the suspect were acquainted through mutual family friends.
