The Missouri Senate voted 22-12 Wednesday on an attempt to override Gov. Jay Nixon's veto of gun legislation, falling one vote short of the required two-thirds majority.

Voting "yes" were 22 Republicans.

Voting "no" were two Republicans and 10 Democrats.
