FT. WORTH, Texas -- Eric Eugene Lyles, 51, of Ft. Worth passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at his home.
He was born July 9, 1962, in Dallas to the late Cecal Ray and Carolyn Maxine Carter Lyles.
Eric held a bachelor's degree in computer science and worked as a software developer.

Survivors include a brother, Brandon Lyles of Ft. Worth; and paternal grandmother, Opal Liles.
He also was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charlie Liles; and maternal grandparents, Buford and Merl Carter.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Friend Cemetery in Oran, Mo.
