Congratulations to Kohlfeld family

Southeast Missouri State University held its annual Hall of Fame Induction dinner Friday evening. This was a wonderful event where many special individuals and teams were so appropriately recognized for their tremendous accomplishments at Southeast Missouri State University. I would like to offer a sincere congratulations to all who were recognized and in particular the Kohlfeld family. This year's Hall of Fame Induction included a new category, "Friends of Southeast Missouri State University Athletics." This is a very important category that recognizes individuals, businesses or families for their critical overall support of the athletic program. Without this support, it would be virtually impossible to have an athletic program, let alone a "Hall of Fame." The Kohlfeld family clearly meets and exceeds all of the characteristics and criteria necessary to be worthy of this prestigious award! Any university athletic program and/or community could only hope to have a family like the Kohlfeld's involved. When it comes to character, integrity, commitment and devotion, the Kohlfeld family stands at the top! The bar is now set extremely high for this prestigious category, but setting the bar high is what makes our university and community so great!

Again, congratulations to the Kohlfeld family and all the inductees to the 2014 Southeast Missouri State University Hall of Fame!
