The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Abbey L. Lambert, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and displaying the plates registered to another vehicle.

* Steven R. Bersebach, 21, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without headlights.

* Antonio Garritano III, 24, 5725 Langholm Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Alisha D. Snider, 36, 514 S. Middle St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of improper registration and driving while suspended.

* Christopher D. Stephenson, 21, 1714 Montgomery St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Kelli A. Stoner, 50, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Derell T. Davis, 44, homeless, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds.

* Lisa G. Trainor, 49, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for an insufficient-funds check, on a Butler County warrant for probation violation, on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks and on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Salina Louraine Adams, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* Brittany N. Morgan, 26, homeless, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for property free of litter and leash requirements.

* John G. Stewart, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Sharonica N.D. Bingham, 23, 2814 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* Reggie Jennings, 21, 1741 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* Andrew Alexander Blume, 20, of Fenton, Mo.; William Philip Edgar, 20, of Chesterfield, Mo.; Timothy Paul Hulla Jr., 20, of Arnold, Mo.; Braxton Todd McDowell, 18, of Jackson; David Weber Pries, 20, of St. Louis; and Seth David Ticer, 19, 2529 Masters Drive, each was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Vanessa K. Belmas, 22, 921 Big Bend Road, was issued a summons for failure to maintain single lane leaving the scene.

* Rachel A. Harrington, no age given, 20 N. Pacific St., was issued a summons for failure to show proof in insurance, striking an legally stopped vehicle and expired license plates.

* Robert D. Moore, no age given, 211 S. Minnesota Ave., was issued a summons for driving without a license.

* Noah M. Orr, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* James M. Lawson, no age given, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A 2004 Ford F150 was reported stolen at 1721 Brucher St.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1442 N. Henderson Ave.

* A black bicycle was reported stolen at 51 Hazel Drive.

* Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing and cologne stolen.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a radio receiver and camera.

* Money, lottery tickets and a beanie hat were reported stolen at 1302 Butler St.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported shoplifting.

Property damage

* A damaged door and the theft of a washer and dryer were reported at 214 N. Lorimier St.

* A broken window, damaged door knob and a damaged vehicle were reported at 922 Good Hope St.

Burglary

* Central Junior High School, 1900 Themis St., reported burglary and the theft of a computer and construction equipment.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Peace disturbance was reported.

* Stalking was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Endangering the welfare of a child and possession of methamphetamine were reported.
