* Lisa G. Maglone, no age given, was issued a summons for no insurance and no seat belt.

* Allison M. Halter, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for moving a vehicle without reasonable safety.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1719 N. Kingshighway.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
