CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin Curtis Walton, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no headlights and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

* Susan Eli Johnson, no age given, of Paducah, Ky., was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, striking a stopped vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance at Highway 74 and U.S. 61.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Seanglea Lorrell Johnson, 21, 2138 Kenneth Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Samuel Shamori Harris, 21, 219 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Latora Fayes Torres, 23, 723 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3039 William St.

* Cody J. Boyster, 20, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Tavis Shantell Curry, 25, 510 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and an Illinois warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* Anthony D. Clark, 39, 2839 Whitener St., Apt. B4, was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Joanna C. Creasy, 20, 931 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Larry Keith Smith, 36, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

* Stephan Dwayne Anderson, 32, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 101, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summonses

* Ethan N. Protzel, 2242 Sherwood Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Shawon L. Egson, 1403 William St., was issued a summons for improper passing.

Burglaries

* Burglary; damage to a door, window and safe; and theft of money were reported at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1913 Ritter Drive.

* Burglary, theft, arson and property damage were reported.

* Burglary, damage to a window and theft of photos were reported at 2206 Bloomfield St.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A GPS device was reported stolen at 118 N. Pacific St.

* Window grates were reported stolen at 18 N. Sprigg St.

* A drill and radio were reported stolen at 254 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Sunglasses were reported stolen from The Sunglass Hut, 3049 William St.

* Theft of medication was reported at 1104 William St.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Theft of medication was reported at 134 S. Lorimier St.

* A television and a computer were reported stolen at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Theft was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

* A window was reported broken at Centurion Development, 1713 Montgomery St.

* Property damage and stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 301 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* An 82-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A false bomb threat was reported.

* Trespassing was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Failure to obey traffic control, failure to drive in a single lane, failure to yield and speeding were reported.

* Disturbing the peace was reported.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Melissa S. Luttrell, 26, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Salina L. Adams, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fine.

* Brandon L. Smallwood, 33, of Martin, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Danny R. Reed, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Brittany R. Hanks, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for endangering the welfare of a child.

* Brittany N. Morgan, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a leash-law violation and failure to appear for keeping property litter-free.

* Andrea N. Madison, 27, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation for passing bad checks.

* Shrae N. Cooper, 26, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting.
