Arrest

* Charles L. Snyder, 28, 819 Dorothy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Phillip T. McClellan, 71, 1981 Bella Vista Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Caleb M. Diggs, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Ohio Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North Ohio Street.

Miscellaneous

* Drug violation was reported in the area of West Main and Court streets.
