The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Antonio L. Long, 25, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and improper registration.

* Anthony D. Clark, 39, 2839 Whitener St., Apt. B4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fined and costs for seat belt violation and failure to appear for a seat belt violation and on four Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to appear.

* A 15-year-old girl was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Steven D. Taylor Jr., 21, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jessica R. Ruffin, 28, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for peace disturbance and possession of a controlled substance.

* Steven E. Doom, 51, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing taxi fare.

* Brandon S. Andrews, 23, 550 Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Brian J. Holsopple, 20, 510 N. Fountain St., No. 10, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and property damage.

* James L. Johnson, 25, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and failure to appear for driving while revoked.

Summonses

* Dawonn E. Taylor, no age given, 663 Olivia Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Shaquille D. Shockley, 20, 313 N. Fountain St., No. 6, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Brian J. Holsopple, 20, 510 N. Fountain St., No. 10, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, property damage and stealing.

* Jackie J. Sadler, no age given, 1350 N. Frisco, was issued a summons for driving while impaired and no insurance.

* Charlene M. Reece, no age given, 3232 Kage Hill Drive, was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Mary K. Patrick, no age given, 2005 Lacey St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Nicholas S. Talley, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for no insurance, driving an unlicensed vehicle and striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Rasel Ahmed, no age given, 298 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for striking an legally parked vehicle.

* Maurice K. Garrett Jr., 17, 46 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for stealing.

Thefts

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a space heater stolen at 2100 Rotary Drive.

* Medication was reported stolen at 455 Green Acres Drive.

* Money and a check were reported stolen at 6 Village Drive, No. 8.

* A television was reported stolen at 418 Themis St.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 155 Siemers Drive.

* Assault was reported.

* Burglary and the theft of money were reported at 836 N. Sprigg St., No. 6.

* Burglary and the theft of jewelry were reported at 221 William St.

* Burglary and damage to bathroom and kitchen fixtures, light fixtures, windows, doors and drywall were reported at 926 Jefferson Ave.

* Burglary and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 124 N. Henderson Ave.

* The Masonic temple, 2307 Broadway, reported a window damaged.
