The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher J. Crawford Jr., 21, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Anterio T. Pullen, 23, 1529 Dunklin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for suspended operator's license.

* Bernard C. Cruz, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for following too close.

* Chrystal L. Harris, 21, 2857 Themis St., Apt. A-1, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Arleather Bell, 52, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court for contempt of court for improper lane usage, seat belt violation and no proof of insurance.

* Charles J. Tauser, 56, 316 S. Lorimier St., No. 11, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for indecent exposure.

* Troy D. Ligons, 19, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. C3, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for false declaration and failure to obey police.

* Teresa M. Thiele, 57, 1536 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to yield.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon, failure to display tab on motor vehicle license plate, driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Joshua W. Holbrook, 35, 372 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of an open container.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A woman was taken into custody pending formal charges of child abuse.

* Tacuichea Moore, 28, 22 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* A man was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Lawrence E. Pugh, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Ausia Y. Lowery, no age given, of Peoria, Ill., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle and following too close.

* Edward W. O'Howell, 440 Oglala Lane, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Ricky N. Kelley, no age given, 1104 William St., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Kristen Miller, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

* Gabrielle Brewer, no age given, 1244 College Street, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Electronics were reported stolen at 2857 Themis St.

* An animal bite was reported at 2557 Abbey Road.

* Justin B. Farrow, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* James P. Joyce, 23, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, possession of more than 35 grams of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court for disorderly conduct.

Arrests

* William C. Jaquin, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for receiving stolen property.

* Justin L. Murphy, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
