Lucille M. Wibbenmeyer, 90, of Friedheim died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born Oct. 2, 1923, in Cape Girardeau County, to Andrew and Elizabeth Renner Kirn. She and Edgar A. Wibbenmeyer were married Sept. 10, 1946, at Biehle, Mo. He preceded her in death Sept. 23, 1996...

Lucille M. Wibbenmeyer, 90, of Friedheim died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 2, 1923, in Cape Girardeau County, to Andrew and Elizabeth Renner Kirn. She and Edgar A. Wibbenmeyer were married Sept. 10, 1946, at Biehle, Mo. He preceded her in death Sept. 23, 1996.

Lucille was a member of St. Maurus Catholic Church and St. Ann's Sodality in Biehle. She loved quilting, gardening, and flowers.

Survivors include a son, Norman J. Wibbenmeyer of Gatesville, Texas; three daughters, Doris (Glenn) Saupe of Shawneetown, Donna (David) Seabaugh of Friedheim and Bernice (Steve) Niermann of Chester, Ill.; 11 grandchildren, Melissa (Brian) Harris, Weldon (Laura) Saupe, Wayne (Natalie) Saupe, Kevin (Korine) Saupe, Joe (Annie) Wibbenmeyer, Andy Wibbenmeyer, Dana (Brad) Craft, Dawn Seabaugh, Darin (Dana) Seabaugh, Derek and Rachael Niermann; 10 great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, two brothers and a great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville, Mo.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Maurus Church, with the Rev. Jim French officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be given to St. Maurus Parish Center.
