The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest.

* Robert T. Christman, 18, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of open container, being a minor in possession and misrepresentation of age.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended, failure to display red taillights, no insurance and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Derrick R. Duncan, 47, 412 North St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop for stop sign, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and tempering with physical evidence.

* Brandon L. Thorne, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Michelle D. Dietrich, 35, 1430 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Bonnie K. Wyman, no age given, of Pocahontas was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red signal.

* Blake S. Atwood, 24, 115 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for littering at Morgan Oak and South Sprigg streets.

Thefts

* Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at Hamburger Express, 821 William St.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a hat and a watch were shoplifted.

* Bath and Body Works, 3049 William St., reported shoplifting.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
