Theresa Renee Blanchard

Theresa Renee Blanchard, 56, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at her home.

She was born Jan. 3, 1958, in Cape Girardeau to Donald Lee and Betty Jean Anderson Sr. She and Michael D. Blanchard were married Sept. 19, 1976, in Cape Girardeau.

Theresa was a member of Iona Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Jason A. Blanchard and Justin L. Blanchard of Cape Girardeau; brother, Donald Lee Anderson Jr. of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, LaDonna Jean Jackson of Jackson, Phyllis Ann Chasteen of Chaffee, Missouri, and Vickie Sue Thompson of Jackson; lifelong best friend and cousin, Tina Metje-Mason; and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald Anderson.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.

Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
