A frivolous issue on ballot
Regarding Amendment 1, the Right to Farm ballot issue: It is perfectly described by this definition from the Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary: "Frivolous, Adjective, [Latin Frivolous, meaning brittle, crumbling (cf. Friable), hence silly]. 1. Of little value or importance, trifling; trivial; paltry. 2. Not properly serious or sensible; silly and light-minded; giddy."...
