CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Three Illinois residents are in jail following a continuing investigation into fuel and farm supply thefts from several Mississippi County businesses.

Rusty Don Baker, 35, of Brookport, Illinois, is charged with theft/stealing of property valued at more than $500, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance, all of which are felonies; and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Dusty Earl Baker, 32, of Brookport is charged with two felony counts of theft/stealing of property valued at more than $500.

Erica Dawn Neighbors, 28, of Brookport is charged with one count of felony theft/stealing of property valued at more than $500.

The investigation began two weeks ago, according to Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore, when several fuel trailers were reported stolen from a rural Mississippi County farming operation.
