Zatrun Twiggs, 28, of Charleston, Missouri, died Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Aug. 21, 1985, in Cape Girardeau, to Christopher Arnel Payne and Pamela Suzette Twiggs. He and Shurita Williams were married April 6, 2010, in Jackson.

Survivors include his father, Christopher Arnel Payne of Illinois; mother, Pamela (Tommy) Robinson of Cape Girardeau; wife, Shurita Twiggs of Charleston; three sons, Zacchaeus Twiggs of Wisconsin, Zatrun Twiggs Jr. of St. Louis, Jamarius Johnson of Sikeston, Missouri; four daughters, Zakayla Taylor of Kansas City, Missouri, J'Milliana Williams, Za'Mareya Williams and Zay'Niah Twiggs, all of Charleston; six brothers, LaKeith and Willie Hampton of Memphis, Tennessee, Richard Jenkins of Cape Girardeau, Charles Williams of Charleston, Damarion Payne of Illinois and Ty'Zarieus Twiggs of Cape Girardeau; seven sisters, Tracy Bryant of Kennett, Missouri, Shametra Twiggs, Shauntel and La'Taisha Roberts, all of Cape Girardeau, Brakia Payne of Sikeston, Ty'Zharia Twiggs and Ty'Zhonai Jenkins of Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call from noon until service time Saturday at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Joseph G. Cotton Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be given to Ford and Sons Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
