__Do you foresee the subject of the Bollinger County Library building and tax base coming up again? Why or why not?:__

Yes I do foresee the subjects coming up again. The two issues have not been resolved to the satisfaction of all the concerned parties

__Social media such as Facebook took on the issues of the library and better county roads. How can the county commission make the best use of this form of communication?:__

Social media, Facebook and others, is utilized by all ages. Use of these information sharing tools will greatly benefit both the Commissioners and residents.

__Would you consider having periodic evening meetings for an hour or so to accommodate those who can't attend regular meetings on Monday mornings?:__ Yes, I will be available for periodic evening sessions, along with the other two Commissioners.

__What is the most realistic solution to better roads in Bollinger County?:__

The best solution is to keep ditches and culverts clean in the fall and winter prior to the spring rains. Gravel should be graded on the road instead of the shoulders. "Better Maintenance = Better Roads"

__Under what circumstances would you consider asking the public to raise a tax rate?:__

My primary goal is a balanced budget for the County. Long term financial stability and future economic growth is dependent upon a financially sound status. First steps would include a thorough review of spending versus revenues. If revenues are short, I would consider asking for a tax increase to avoid the practice of borrowing money. With your help, we must balance the budget.
