- Ryan K. Campbell, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Lori A. Brown, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Arnold, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
