Cape Girardeau police report 11/4/14

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

• Charles W. Gardner, no age given, of Farmington, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield and operating a motor vehicle with license plates from another vehicle.
• Assorted items were reported stolen at 2100 William St.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.
• Robbery and property damage were reported.
• Assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.
• A nuisance party was reported.

The Department of Public Safety released the following items.

• Eric A. Hayes, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Summons

• Mariah L. Torres, 18, of Campbell, Missouri, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• A wooden sign was reported stolen at Myers Hall.
• A wallet, car keys and clothing were reported stolen at Rec Center North.
