Jacksonville State, which completed an unbeaten conference season Saturday with a 49-30 win over Southeast Missouri State, and Eastern Kentucky will represent the Ohio Valley Conference in the 24-team Football Championship Series playoffs.

Jacksonville State (10-1, 8-0 OVC) will enter the playoffs with a 10-game winning streak. The Gamecocks, who advanced to the quarterfinals last year, are appearing in the playoffs for the fifth time. They will get a first-round bye before playing the winner of the game between Sam Houston State (8-4) and Southeastern Louisiana (9-3).

Eastern Kentucky (9-3, 6-2 OVC), making its 21st playoff appearance, will host Indiana State (7-5) in the first round Saturday.
