CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Arthur Perry Foulks, 56, of Carbondale, formerly of Pulaski, Illinois, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014, at 12:07 a.m. at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Massie Funeral Home in Mounds, Illinois.

The funeral will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Apostle Larry T. Barnett Sr. officiating.

Burial will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Green Lawn Memorial Garden in Villa Ridge, Illinois.

Massie Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
