UNIONTOWN, Pa. -- Police say 23-year-old Savannah Turachak of Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania, was patted down for weapons but not otherwise searched when she was brought to the police station and charged with public drunkenness. But shortly after her release, police say Turachak returned to report being harassed, fluffed her shirt to straighten it, and a baggie of cocaine fell out. Police found it a short time later and charged her.
