Man seriously hurt in crash on Route OO

A Millersville man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a traffic crash Friday morning in Cape Girardeau County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

Charles E. Bigham, 28, was driving east on Route OO two miles west of Gordonville when the 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier he was in crossed the centerline and struck a 2007 Dodge Ram in the side, totaling both vehicles, the patrol reported.

The driver of the Ram, Jeramy L. Goehman, 35, of Joplin, Missouri, was not hurt in the crash, but Bigham sustained serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center, the patrol reported.
