The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dante Lamar Criddle, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for property damage, walking in the road when sidewalk available, resisting arrest and possession of controlled substance.
• Janel Lemay Johnson, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault; a Dunklin County, Missouri, warrant for forgery; a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for stealing; Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation revocation for resisting arrest and for probation violation for resisting arrest.
• Adam J. Mouser, no age given, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of damaging a window screen at 2829 Themis St.
• Diana N. Lange, no age given, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Benjamin F. Rawlins, 29, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Zachary Matthews, 21, no address given, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear.
• Maurice K. Garrett, 18, no address given, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a concealable firearm, possession of controlled substance with intent and failure to equip a motor vehicle with ra ear license lamp.

Summons

• Michael G. Tackett, no age given, of Bell City, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 1210 Hildale Circle.
• Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• Checks were reported stolen at 2618 Gardenia Lane.

Assaults

• Assault and burglary were reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported and a display case was reported damaged at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

• A window was reported damaged at 812 S. Benton St.

• Chad V. McElrath, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Jesse A. Pulley, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court and failure to return to confinement.
• Gary E. Kyle, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
• Jimmy C. White Jr., 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Charles L. Shipman, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Wentzville, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
