The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Lawrence J. Moser, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and following too closely.

Arrests

  • Tershe N. Wilson, 19, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Carla G. Moit, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Edward J. Boaz Sr., 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Scott B. Smith, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Christopher T. Miley, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and possession of a controlled substance at 3439 William St.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 601 N. Sprigg St.
  • Power cables and scratches in wood were reported at 2815 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
