Southeast is scheduled to resume play this weekend at home against Illinois State. The contests are set for 3 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. Here's hoping the field will be playable so the Redhawks can continue the early portion of the schedule.

Southeast baseball has a strong tradition of winning baseball. And there's few places better in Southeast Missouri to watch a game than Capaha Field.

We wish the Redhawks well this season and hope winter's bluster won't put a damper on the early portion of the schedule. Make plans to root on the team, and other university sports teams, in the coming months.
