MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Ronnie C. Swan, 70, of Marble Hill died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015.

Born near Grassy, Missouri, on April 23, 1944, he was the son of John Earl and Dorothy Mae Estes Swan.

Ronnie had worked as a machinist for the Rubbermaid Manufacturing Company in Jackson for 25 years.

He is survived by a sister, Sandra Jean Horton, of Marble Hill; a brother, Harold D. (Shirley) Swan of Maryland Heights, Missouri; and two nieces, Malanie and Katie. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
