• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
• Kyle D. Sprague, no age given, 900 Perry Ave., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked car, no insurance and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Sara Rucker, 35, no address given, was arrest on a warrant of commitment.
• Scott Reynolds, 52, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of a liquor-law violation.

Summonses

• Mariah Ferguson, 23, no address given, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
• Laquida McGhee, 30, no address given, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
• Charles Mosley, 38, no age given, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Debroah R. Rankin, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking legally stopped vehicle.
