CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Alyssa M. Fox, 17, 2813 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Tara R. Evans, 19, and Carey S. Pavon-Rosales, 39, both of Sikeston, Missouri, were arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jody Q. Maloney, 18, 2835 Lear Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for not having two headlights.
  • Tamara S. Flemon, 40, 501 Rolling Hills Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Keitree D. Shannon, 25, 800 S. Pacific St. was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Kyla R. Miller, 27, 111 N. Park St. was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.

Summonses

  • Galen L. Osborne, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no headlights, driving an unlicensed vehicle and driving while suspended.
  • Avery C. Whitney, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.

Theft

  • Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

  • A motorcycle mirror was reported damaged at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

  • Forgery was reported.
  • A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Peace disturbance was reported.
  • Failure to stop at stop sign, no helmet and displaying plates of another were reported.
