The Southeast Missouri State athletics department announced Monday that the Redhawks football team will play at Kansas on Sept. 2, 2017.
It marks the second meeting between Southeast and the Big 12 team. The Jayhawks defeated the Redhawks 34-28 at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kansas, last season.

The Redhawks open the 2015 season against Missouri on Sept. 5 in Columbia, Missouri.
Other Southeast games against Football Bowl Subdivision opponents are set for Sept. 3, 2016 at Memphis, Sept. 21, 2019 at Missouri and Sept. 3, 2022 at Iowa State.
