Sina L. Kaiser, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center.

She was born July 5, 1927, in St. Louis to Azro Loyd and Maud C. Causey Cox. She and Edward M. Kaiser were married Feb. 7, 1948, in Essex, Missouri.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband, Edward M. Kaiser Sr. of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Sina Ann (Stephen) Miesner of Ballwin, Missouri, and Deborah Sue (Eric) Ebaugh of Cape Girardeau; a brother, James H. Cox of Syracuse, Indiana; eight grandchildren, William H. (Megan) York of Ballwin, Sarah Elizabeth (Matt) Watson of Springfield, Missouri, Christopher E. York of Ballwin, Clayton G. Agnew of Cape Girardeau, Sina J. (Jason) Sperling of Cape Girardeau, Edward M. (Melissa) Kaiser III of Springfield, Lisa Long of Cape Girardeau and Dr. Eric Ebaugh of Kansas City, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Melinda Kaiser of Springfield; and a nephew, Dale (Pat) Andrews of Catawissa, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by a son, Edward M. Kaiser II; a brother, John L. Cox; two sisters, Imogene Andrews and Ruth Ann Emery; her father, Azro Loyd Cox; and her mother, Maud C. Cox.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Kim Nelson officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to First Presbyterian Church in lieu of flowers.
