ASPEN, Colo. -- Park rangers are at a loss as Smuggler Mountain continues to be covered in piles of poop left behind by furry friends. Just a month after volunteers cleaned up about 100 pounds of dog poop, rangers have flagged another 50 or so piles in the same section of the trail. Senior ranger John Armstrong called it "deja poo." Armstrong said they may need to reinstitute the leash law on the first part of the trail, where most of the offenders relieve themselves...
