Fruitland rest area closed for repairs
The Fruitland rest area on southbound Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County will be closed from 1 to 4 p.m. today as contractor crews perform repairs. All work is weather permitting. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
