The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Tuesday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: Cape Meadows Circle at 1:13 a.m.; South Hanover Street at 11:35 a.m.; William Street at 2:22 p.m.; North Kingshighway at 4:37 p.m.; Good Hope Street at 7:36 p.m.; Broadway at 9:50 p.m.; and Bloomfield Street at 10:47 p.m.
• At 12:47 a.m., call canceled en route to Wayne Street.
• At 4:33 a.m., call canceled en route to North Fountain Street.
• At 4:50 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on North Fountain Street.
• At 12:01 p.m., detector activation, no fire, at Veterans Memorial Drive.
• At 3:59 p.m., motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Independence Street.
• At 9:10 p.m., electrical wiring/equipment problem on Saint Francis Drive.
• At 10:05 p.m., ring or jewelry removal on South Sprigg Street.
• Other calls were made to: Oak Hills Drive at 1:22 a.m.; Brenda Kay Court at 2:43 a.m.; and South Silver Springs Road at 4:04 p.m.
