MORLEY, Mo. -- Glenn Ray Davis, 71, of Morley, formerly of Oran, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at the family home.

He was born March 6, 1944, in Oran to the late Dick and Mary Emley Buell Davis.

Glenn served in the United States Army.

He was a retired self-employed construction worker.

Survivors include his soul mate, Erma Wagoner of Morley; a son, Rodney Davis of Oran; a daughter, Nancy Trentham of Cordova, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Rhett, Bethani and Alexis Davis of Oran and Jackson Trentham of Cordova; a brother, Bill Davis of Valrico, Florida; a special nephew, Cody Trankler of Illinois; and four sisters, Peggy Lape of Chaffee, Missouri, Lavern Warren of Kansas City, Missouri, Jane Swain of Chaffee and Janice Eller of Karnak, Illinois.

He also was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Leon Davis; and two sisters, Mary Lou Penhale and Sue Hagen.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

The funeral will be at noon Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Eugene Warren officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley, with full military honors presented by Missouri Honor Guard.
