Robert E. "Bob" Tiehes, 81, of Oak Ridge died Wednesday at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home. A graveside service with full military rites will follow immediately at Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery in Perryville, Missouri...Robert E.
