James Killion rides his unicycle Thursday along the Mississippi River in downtown Cape Girardeau. Killion's mother got him into riding a unicycle when he was in sixth grade. He said it took him a week to learn to ride it and a long time to get good at it. Killion, a third-year horticulture major at Southeast Missouri State University, often rides his unicycle to class.
