CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Benjamin Allen, 26, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of theft and property damage. A window and flag were reported damaged at 213 S. Missouri Ave.
  • James Arthur Lohse, 26, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for improper registration.

Summonses

  • Correy Wilson, no age given, of Cairo, Illinois, was issued a summons for parking/obstructing traffic.
  • Vicki R. Burrows, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to secure load.
  • Debra A. Batson, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

  • Theft of a Missouri license plate and property damage were reported at 2612 Gerhardt St.
  • Stealing was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

  • Stealing was reported at 20 N. Spanish St.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 105 N. Clark St.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Property was found at 503 S. West End Blvd.
  • A male was placed in protective custody.
  • A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
