CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Tuesday.

• Medical assist calls were made to: Morgan Oak Street at 1:59 a.m.; South West End Boulevard at 3:42 a.m.; Linden Street at 11:59 a.m.; South Minnesota Avenue at 12:51 p.m.; and North Water Street at 7:49 p.m.
• At 3:54 a.m., gasoline or other flammable liquid on Cape Meadows Circle.
• At 12:09 p.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, on North Sprigg Street.
• At 8:55 p.m., outside rubbish, trash or waste fire on Hillview Street.
• Other calls made to: South Kingshighway at 4:01 p.m.; South Lorimier Street at 9:06 p.m.; Hawthorne Road at 10:39 p.m.; and William Street at 11:48 p.m.
