Robert L. "Bob" Tucker, 89, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at the Lutheran Home.
He was born April 26, 1926, in St. Louis to Robert L. and Della Wright Tucker. He and Leoma Alma Leible were married Oct. 1, 1940. She preceded him in death Nov. 20, 1976. He later married Dorothy Harris Colvard on Dec. 12, 2002.
Robert was owner/operator of Bob Tucker's Truck and Auto Repair. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a son, Robert (Karen) Tucker of St. Charles, Missouri; a daughter, Karen (Stan) Wall of West Monroe, Louisiana; a stepson, Dr. Dan (Cindy) Berry of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Shawn Wasson officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery at Kelso, Missouri.
