The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Misty-Diane E. Sandman, 29, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Jesse L. Roberts, 26, 2022 Thilenius St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Cora L. Bode, 25, 155 Cardinal Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Jordan S. Robinson, 17, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • Tara N. Depauw, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear.
  • Two 16-year-old males were taken into custody on suspicion of assault.
  • A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

  • Jamie E. Davidson, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Adrian L. Robinson, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

  • Ratchet straps and a battery were reported stolen from a vehicle at 45 S. West End Blvd.
  • Credit cards were reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 2101 William St.
  • A push mower was reported stolen at 1433 N. Water St.
  • A refrigerator was reported stolen at 2030 Broadway.
  • A laptop, cellphone, phone charger and GPS system were reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.

Assault

  • Assault was reported.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.
  • A stove belonging to Aaron's Sales and Leasing was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

  • A 2010 white Chevrolet Malibu and a 2010 gray Kia Forte were towed from 19 S. Spanish.
