CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Two 16-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Mattie Rider, 30, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.
• Shanda M. Berry, 32, 1558 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
• Bobby J. Masterson, 48, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
• Deontai J. Cooper, 23, 1122 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Ted B. Walton, 29, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Shreatha N. Patterson, 37, 616 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.
• Jordan W. McIntyre, 21, 1529 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for failure to appear.

• Jesse S. May, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
• Ruth N. Partain, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Luke T. Wilhite, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Fabio R. Acevedo-Sanchez, no age given, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.
• Marisol Pina, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with no license.
• Pamela S. Lange, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Odell R. Thompson, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
• Abigail L. Morris, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Jessica W. Webb, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Michael W. Odell, no age given, of East Prairie, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while revoked and failure to drive within a single lane.

DWI

• Coleman Schott, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Assault

• Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at 909 Normal Ave.
• Burglary and theft of electronic items were reported at 1903 Big Bend Road.

Thefts

• Fronabarger Concreters reported a theft at South Henderson Avenue and College Street.
• License plates were reported stolen at 12 N. Middle St.

Property damage

• Tampering with a motor vehicle and damage to a vehicle mirror were reported at 916 College Hill Place.
