Narciso "Cecil" Cuellar Sr., 69, of Jackson died unexpectedly Monday, July 6, 2015, in Champaign, Illinois.

He was born Sept. 16, 1945, in Brownsville, Texas, to Vicente and Olivia Coronado Landin Cuellar. He and Mae Holland were married Dec. 22, 1992, in Tahoe, California.

Cecil was a consultant with Lowry Technical Associates Inc. after retiring from Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati. He was a multilingual, international employee with Procter & Gamble. He was a kindhearted man who loved his family and was loved by everyone he knew. He moved to Jackson in 2009.

Survivors include his wife, Mae Cuellar of Jackson; two sons, Narciso Cuellar Jr. of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Zachariah (Louise) Cuellar of Jackson; three daughters, Kaci Ngega of Lincoln, Nebraska, Kathryn (Ben) Beyer and Kara (Chris) Hoffman of Sheboygan; two brothers, Ernesto (Mayra) Cuellar of Poteet, Texas, and Joe (Norma) Cuellar of Independence, Kentucky; two sisters, Maria (Stefan) Mueller of Canton, Michigan, and Yolanda (Javier) Pedraza of Salida, California.

Also 20 grandchildren, R.J. and Samantha, Forrest, Elizabeth, Alexandria, Gabrielle, Dominique, and Isaiah, Jordan, Morgan, and Kiersten, Hayven and Brynnin, Kaitlyn, Joshua, Maegan, Larissa, and Isabelle, Isabella and Zachariah Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Manuel; and an infant sister, Delores.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. to service time Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
