The driver of a Dodge Caravan was cited in a rollover accident at Independence and Pacific streets in Cape Girardeau.

Clara Davis, 71, of Cape Girardeau received a citation for failure to yield to oncoming traffic, said Sgt. Adam Glueck of the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

The Caravan collided with a Ford Fusion on Tuesday afternoon, then rolled onto its side.

Two people were extricated from the Caravan and taken to a hospital, along with one person in the Fusion. Glueck said Wednesday the department had not been made aware that any of their injuries were serious.
